If the Photographer is unable to perform this Agreement due to illness, emergency, fire, accident, strike, force majeure or for reasons beyond the Photographer`s control, the Photographer and the Client will make every effort to postpone the session. If the photographer is unable to deliver photographic equipment due to technological malfunctions, including but not limited to the camera and workmanship, or if it is otherwise lost or damaged through no fault of the photographer, liability is limited.
