I would never recommend Sling TV to anyone. I had signed up for the free trial on Sling TV. After realizing that the channels I wanted to watch live were not offered in my area, I decided to cancel day 3 of my free trial. I completed all the necessary steps of the online cancellation, and I had believed that everything was taken care of and canceled. Comparing my checkbook, I noticed 2 fees on my Sling.com account. I found this strange as I had cancelled during my free trial. I hadn`t been on Sling since. I called customer service to kindly request a refund and see what might have happened. After a supervisor offered to reimburse me for the fee for 1 month, I asked to speak to someone else because I had been wrongly charged 2x. Der 2. The supervisor I spoke to was so rude and told me he came off the phone to talk to "valued customers" as if he didn`t care about me. I called back to talk to another supervisor.

The supervisor I spoke to this time was very nice, but said there was actually no way to issue any refund. If so, how should the first supervisor issue a refund for just 1 month? The 3 supervisors I spoke to were able to check if my account was activated for the free trial on October 3, 2017 and the last date I signed up was October 4, 2017. Obviously, something went wrong with their system when I canceled on October 6th. Nevertheless, this should serve as proof that their services have been in place for 2 years. the day of my free trial was no longer used. However, this was not sufficient proof that my account had been terminated. I have to dispute these fees through my bank because Sling refused to issue any type of refund for 2 very different reasons: 1) You couldn`t believe that I had terminated my account. (strange because the last time they could say I signed up at all) and 2) because there is no way for them to cancel a charge. Which one is it? Because I was originally told that they would be willing to repay 1 month. Sling may have a selection of TVs that some are interested in, but I really hope no one else will have to deal with their incredibly rude, careless, and extremely useless customer service. What a shame.

It runs promotions that include free antennas and sells the AirTV player and AirTV to integrate the antenna shows into Sling`s interface. Worst customer service and don`t trust you at all, they lied about the policy and it`s not worth trying a free service they offer of poor quality and everything they want, money, not customer satisfaction. I signed up for the free trial and last night, when I tried to watch The Walking Dead, I lost access for the first 20 minutes of the series. That was the only reason I signed up for Sling and it let me down. Definitely looking for another streaming service. Don`t make the same mistake.

I signed up 2 months in advance and got a free Roku to get Sling TV. I asked the seller if I could watch more than one TV at that time. And I was told I could see 3 of them. They already took my money, they got their sale, and then I got 1 Roku remote. I called them and asked them, how should I watch 3 TVs with a remote control? They told me you are not, that you can stream 3 devices, not TVs. I asked for an immediate cancellation and an address to return the remote control and a refund. The original person was confused, so I asked for a supervisor, he promised me a refund and cancellation. Then I got an email saying they don`t make any refunds. I then call them back and of course it is another person who is even more confused, I ask again for a supervisor. The woman was rude, disrespectful and lying.

So now 5 employees of this company have lied to me. I slept my TV for 4 minutes to see if I could watch on other TVs. Don`t sign up, it`s a scam. Terrible trade policy - NOT ACCEPTABLE and is a scam. Completely unnecessary stress added to my day, and rest assured that after this experience, I will never consider using services and will convey to my friends, family and online critics that this type of policy is NOT ACCEPTABLE. We signed up for a trial version of Sling TV on December 29 and our trial ended on January 4, 2018. Not only did they charge my card before the end of the trial, but their extremely rude customer service refused a refund and said we were 8 hours late to cancel the service that had never been submitted before. Don`t waste your money on a scarf. It jumps and stutters, freezes, and most importantly, it`s a terrible streaming experience. They tell me that my speed of 111 mgbtye may not be enough to broadcast live sports. Real?!! An accidentally pressed button on the Roku revived our slingshot nightmare.

It took 30 days, $30.00, an email address and password to cancel the account. You can`t credit my account even if I called right away. Caution. This is corporate America at its worst! I don`t recommend Sling TV, no reception and my modem was right next to my TV. The free trial starts at the time of registration, not just on the date. I didn`t know it, it`s very greedy of them. That`s how they get your money, (my fault) I didn`t check my emails, but who does. You should know that people do not check their emails and cancel after the time you have signed up, but the day you have to go all the way to cancellation, and they have you. charge you the full amount.

VERY GREEDY COMPANY I thought I was the only one who came across this "no refund" flight, even though I unsubscribed two days before my apparent "free trial period" expired. My warning to those considering trying this thing is that they should be willing to part with the amount charged for the "free trial." That`s the way it is. I was so angry about this outright theft! Caution. I signed up for a free trial and was a bit late to cancel, so I was charged; No problem, my mistake. However, when I saw the indictment, I immediately cancelled (November 11). Now, on December 9th, I have the next monthly fee. I called customer service and they showed no trace of my cancellation. I have their automatic confirmation from November 11th and I send an email to their customer@support.com. It seems that I have to call my bank to deal with the negligence on their part. I hate companies that don`t trade together or do it on purpose.
